At Panco, every piece is a work of art, handcrafted using traditional Chinese heritage techniques recognized as intangible cultural heritage. From the hand-beaded embroidery to the mulberry silk, each garment carries hours of an artisan's hand and cannot be mass reproduced. For this reason, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. We believe each piece is meant to find its permanent home and be treasured for years to come.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS 💥
While we meticulously hand-check every piece before it leaves our studio, we understand that "life happens." If your order arrives damaged or there is a significant mismatch with what you expected, please contact us at jw@pancopet.org within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include clear photos of the item and its packaging. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to find a thoughtful and fair resolution.
