We carefully prepare and hand-check each piece within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or new collection launches, please allow a short grace period as we ensure every package meets our standards.

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to the following regions:
- North America:
United States: 7-15 business days
Canada & Mexico: 8-16 business days - United Kingdom: 5-10 business days
- Europe: 8-16 business days (Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Romania, Sweden)
ORDER TRACKING 🔍
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also monitor your package's journey through your Panco account. Note: It is normal for tracking updates to show a brief pause while the package is in transit between facilities.
LOST AND DAMAGED PACKAGE
While we take great care in securing your treasures for their journey, Panco can't be responsible for mishaps once a package leaves our studio. For delivery issues, contacting the local carrier directly is often the fastest way to find a solution. That said, your experience is deeply important to us. We know how much anticipation goes into waiting for these pieces. If your package hasn't arrived after 4 weeks, or if something feels wrong, please reach out to us at jw@pancopet.org. We're here to listen and will do our best to find a thoughtful resolution for you.
