Processing time

Standard-size orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. Custom orders follow the production estimate confirmed with the customer before production begins.

Delivery to the United States

Orders ship directly from our workshop in China. Estimated transit time to the United States is 7–12 business days after dispatch. The current Standard shipping rate for eligible United States orders is US$11.99 and is displayed at checkout. The checkout total is authoritative.

Tracking is emailed when the order ships. Processing and transit estimates are not a guaranteed arrival date; customs review, carrier disruption, severe weather and remote destinations can add time.

Address and delivery support

Please review the shipping address before checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if an address must be corrected. We cannot guarantee a change after the order has entered fulfilment.

If an order is marked delivered but cannot be found, check the delivery location and contact the carrier first, then contact Panco at jw@pancopet.org with the order number and tracking details.
