Welcome to our website (the "Site"). The Site is owned and operated by CHEW POWER LIMITED (Company No. 80737041), a private company limited by shares incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, with its registered office at 807A, 8/F, Two Harbourfront, 22 Tak Fung Street, Hung Hom, Hong Kong ("we", "us", "our", or the "Company").

By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence, to purchase from the Site. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, including colours, dimensions, and packaging, as accurately as possible. However, screens vary, and minor differences between the images shown and the product delivered may occur. Such minor differences do not constitute a defect. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Currency

All prices shown on the Site are stated in the currency indicated at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. Prices exclude any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that may be levied by the destination country, which are the buyer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund of any amount paid.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch the goods, whichever comes first. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, where stock is unavailable, or where pricing or product information was materially incorrect. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid in full.

5. Payment

Payments on the Site are processed by licensed third-party payment service providers, including Airwallex and the card schemes they support (e.g. Visa, Mastercard). We do not store your full card details on our servers; card data is handled by the payment processor in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. We reserve the right to withhold dispatch until payment has been received in full and any anti-fraud checks have been completed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship to the regions listed on the Site or at checkout.
• Standard-size orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom orders follow the production estimate confirmed before production begins.
• For shipments to the United States, estimated transit time is 7–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Transit to other destinations depends on the carrier and the estimate displayed on the Site or at checkout.
• A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
• Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided. Please ensure your address is accurate; we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will assist with a carrier investigation.

7. Returns and Exchanges

We accept return or exchange requests for eligible standard-size items within 30 days after delivery, provided that:

• the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging; and
• you contact us first at the email address in Section 20 to obtain return instructions.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain categories (e.g. items intended for oral use or consumption) cannot be returned once opened, unless they are defective. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your card issuer or payment provider. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

If your order is cancelled before dispatch, we will refund the full amount paid.

9. Cancellations

You may request cancellation of an order at no cost at any time before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may use the returns process described in Section 7.

10. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will, at our option and at no cost to you, send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any return shipping we ask you to incur.

11. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have any problem with an order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that we reasonably believe to be unfounded and to provide the payment processor with relevant transaction evidence.

12. Accounts and Accuracy of Information

If the Site allows you to create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to update it promptly when it changes.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site or its content for any unlawful purpose; to attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site; to transmit malicious code; to scrape or harvest data without authorisation; or to infringe the rights of any third party. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of this Section.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and page design — is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial browsing.

15. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We collect and use personal data (such as name, delivery address, email, and payment-related information) only to the extent necessary to process orders, provide customer service, and comply with legal obligations, consistent with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.

16. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or rely on third-party services (including payment processing and logistics). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or performance of third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that consumers are entitled to under applicable mandatory law.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability arising out of or in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profit or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

19. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, labour disputes, carrier disruptions, customs delays, or governmental actions. Where such an event materially delays an undispatched order, you may cancel it for a full refund.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time you place an order applies to that order. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products or services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You and CHEW POWER LIMITED consent to the venue and personal jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.

23. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior communications on the subject.
