These Terms & Conditions govern your use of pancopet.com and purchases from Panco. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. OVERVIEW
Throughout these Terms & Conditions, “Panco,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Panco. “You” means any visitor, customer, or other person using our website. Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products. Any new feature added to the store will also be subject to these terms.
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. ONLINE STORE USE
You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use this website.
You may not use our products or services for an unlawful purpose, violate applicable law, introduce malicious code, interfere with website security, scrape the website at scale, or misuse another person’s information.
We may refuse service, restrict access, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, legal violations, or harm to Panco or others.
3. PRODUCTS AND HANDCRAFTED VARIATION
Panco pieces are handcrafted using materials and techniques that may include mulberry silk, brocade, hand-beading, embroidery, and traditional Chinese craft methods.
Small differences in pattern placement, stitching, beadwork, colour, or finish are natural signs of handwork and are not defects.
We aim to display products and colours accurately, but screens vary. Product descriptions, prices, availability, measurements, and imagery may be corrected or updated without notice. Products may be limited in quantity and discontinued at any time.
Pet Safety and Fit
You are responsible for choosing a suitable size and supervising your pet while a garment or accessory is worn. Remove the item immediately if it causes discomfort or becomes damaged.
Panco products are not toys, restraints, or safety equipment. They are not intended to be chewed or left on an unattended pet.
If you need sizing help, email jw@pancopet.org before ordering. We are happy to provide additional measurements, photos, videos, or fit guidance.
4. ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order or limit quantities before acceptance.
If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Unless stated otherwise, customers are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, bank fees, and currency conversion fees.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are generally prepared and hand-checked within 1–3 business days. Processing may take longer during peak periods or collection launches. Estimated delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
At the time of this update, Panco offers free standard shipping to listed destinations in North America, the United Kingdom, and selected European countries. Current regions and estimated delivery times are available in our Shipping Policy and at checkout:

Once an order leaves our studio, carrier delays and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. Please first contact the carrier using your tracking details.
If a package has not arrived after four weeks, email jw@pancopet.org. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND DAMAGED ITEMS
Because every Panco piece is handcrafted in limited quantities and cannot be mass reproduced, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges, except where required by applicable consumer law.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description, contact jw@pancopet.org within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photographs of the item and its packaging.
We will review the issue and offer a fair remedy appropriate to the circumstances and applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONTENT
The website and its content, including the Panco name and marks, product designs, photographs, text, graphics, layout, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Panco and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping only. No content may be reproduced, sold, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without our prior written permission.
If you submit reviews, images, feedback, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it. You grant Panco a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and display it in connection with our business.

8. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
Panco is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Panco’s aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. GENERAL TERMS
Third-Party Services
Our website may link to or use third-party services, including Shopify and payment or delivery providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or content.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Panco against claims and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of our website or a material breach of these terms.
Severability and Waiver
If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary. The remainder of these terms will stay effective. A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
Entire Agreement

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Panco’s principal place of business, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections or rights you have where you live.
